On-site hosting
Each customer can decide to host his solution ‘on premises’, and this with his ow modalities of deployment and maintenance in operational condition
Hosting by a local partner
The customer can decide to host the solution using a service provider of their choice
Cloud hosting
The solution can also be hosted and managed by us (at OVH or AZURE). By default, the hosting is performed on a dedicated VM per customer
Security is at heart of our concerns at all levels:
i) Hosting
ii) Application security
iii) Work processes etc.
We are currently working on our ISO 27001 certification to document all our processes.
Our activity frequently leads us to become aware of sensitive or confidential information. We therefore commit to treat all confidential information as such and not to disseminate it without agreement. A confidentiality agreement formalizes this commitment to our customers.
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation of EU law on data protection and privacy protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also deals with the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The main purpose of the GDPR is to give individuals control over their personal data and simplify the regulatory environment for international companies by unifying regulation within the EU.
Our solutions are GDPR compliant and our contracts with our customers reflect this commitment.

- Mapping of the processing of personal data
- Modification of contractual conditions
- Integration of personal data protection principles into our AidPortfolio solution
