AidPortfolio helps harmonize project monitoring processes and define the associated measurement indicators. It can also be used to collect and process grant applications received through calls for projects.

Data collection
The actual working conditions in the field can make the collection of information complex and tedious: limited access to the internet, no electricity, … Our solutions take these constraints into account and allow you to simplify and automate your data collection: we create the forms according to your requests, in a format adapted to your context. Once the forms are completed, the information is automatically imported into the solution. The data is thus more homogeneous, for easier aggregation and analysis.
We offer different collection methods: by Word, Excel, or PDF forms, online forms or by email. It is also possible to collect data using the ‘contributor’ area of our solution, which allows a partner to connect online to fill in the necessary information.
